The Fairport Office of Community + Economic Development (OCED) commits its resources and energies to creating a local economy that is healthy and vibrant.

A non-profit organization working behind the scenes for over 25 years, OCED includes the Industrial Development Agency (IDA), the Urban Renewal Agency (URA), Section 8 Housing and the Fairport Village Partnership. Each of these programs offers resources for projects that strengthen our local economy and make Fairport an even better place to live, work and invest.
