Sign, Facade and Street Frontage Grant Program

The Fairport Office of Community and Economic Development announces another round of the Sign, Façade and Frontage Grant program.
Offered by the Fairport Local Development Corporation (FLDC) this is an incentive program designed to help owners of commercial properties or business owners to make sign, façade and frontage improvements that enhance the attractiveness of their properties as viewed from the street, the canal or other public right-of-ways.
The FLDC will provide matching grants up to $10,000 on a reimbursement basis. Minimum project investment is $10,000.
The program includes provisions for ADA improvements. Updates that provide fully automatic/power-assisted doors are eligible for a 90% matching grant up to $10,000.
